This is Leeanne - I am officially retired as is my ghost writer! I am now in charge of maintaining our blog.
My office gave me a retirement party. It was great to see a lot of people one last time and especially those whom I have not seen in many years.
I slept in on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
We went on a road trip yesterday. One of the stops we made was at American Jewelry and Loan (aka "Hard Core Pawn -- the reality show). Quite interesting; they have lots and lots of jewelry. Fortunately, we left without any purchases.
Today I threw away the panty hose that I said I would!
We have a house showing tomorrow. I'm hoping St. Joseph comes through one of these days; since I buried him in the flower pot a few months ago, he must be getting pretty cold by now.
Congratulations on the retirement. Hope to meet up with you on the road at some point! We're having a blast, ourselves. We're in Corpus Christi right now. 76 degrees out, and sunny!
ReplyDeleteI'm a thinkin' you is enjoying yer retirement a little two much, as you ain't a keeping this here blog up to date. There's all usin's out here that's a waitin' to here of what you and Gene is a doin', and once a month postin' ain't enough.
